YAG Inc. is a group of companies that was founded in 1977. YAG Inc. Group initially focused on constructing energy plants and transmission lines. Over the years, the company expanded its operations into various construction projects, including shopping centers, schools, hospitals, energy facilities, telecommunication infrastructure, residential complexes, and industrial buildings.-
Since 1990, YAG Inc. has undertaken international projects, particularly in Russia, Central Asia, and Ukraine, leveraging over 30 years of experience. In 2007, the company relocated its headquarters to Canada and established a light-gauge structural steel factory in Vancouver, further strengthening its capabilities in advanced construction technologies. A key factor in YAG Inc.'s success is its expert technical team, well-versed in all international standards, and generally contract based FIDIC and used by ICC regulations. The company’s efficient resource coordination has played a crucial role in delivering high-quality projects worldwide.

Our Lightsteel Project
YAG Inc. owns a light steel factory in Vancouver, Canada, specializing in the production and construction of high-quality, prefabricated light steel buildings. These structures offer a cost-effective and time-efficient alternative to traditional construction methods. Prefabricated steel framing significantly reduces building time, allowing homes and buildings to be completed much faster—a 200 sq. meter house can be built in as little as 5 days. Steel’s high load-bearing capacity enables slimmer structural elements, maximizing usable space while maintaining strength and durability. Unlike concrete construction, which is dependent on weather conditions, steel buildings can be assembled year-round, preventing delays and reducing costs.
Additionally, faster construction means residents can move in sooner, leading to lower expenses on rent, interest, and overall project costs. With fewer materials, efficient designs, and rapid assembly, YAG Inc.’s light steel buildings provide a modern, practical, and economical solution for residential and commercial projects.
